Osiris is an amazing photographer to work with. My husband and I did our engagement photos with her and we could not be more thrilled with how they turned out. She made us feel so comfortable and so at ease. I could not even begin to express how grateful we are for her talent and patience. We can’t even imagine asking anyone else to capture such a special moments. I would recommend Osiris a million times over. About Me
I’m Osiris, a lifestyle photographer who loves capturing joyful and genuine moments in people’s lives. I’m based in the Chicago Suburbs with my babe of a hubby. I love nights on our couch, browsing endlessly for something to watch.
My love of photography dates back to childhood, when my parents gave me rolls of film so I could take photos just like them. Back then, when you’d have to wait for your pictures to be developed, it felt like a lifetime between dropping off the film and getting the photos. But it was always worth the wait to go back in time, even if it was just for a moment.
When I photograph you, my goal is to capture the stories behind your smiles and laughter, the emotion behind your eyes, and the small, heartfelt moments that will become lifetime memories.
That’s probably why my favorite photos are those where no one looks at the camera. I believe photos should be full of emotion and images that give you nostalgia.
BTW those pictures of everyone staring perfectly at the camera? That is not my style. When I shoot, I like getting natural, unexpected shots, but I will also capture some of the more traditional pictures to deliver a variety.
When I’m not taking family photos, I’m probably taking photos for badass entrepreneurs and small business owners over at Osiris Cote.
